Personal introduction and introduction
We will find a date that suits you. At the first meeting, you will meet your personal contact (recruiter/consultant), who will accompany you to your dream employer. Your contact will ask you questions about yourself. Be open. All information will remain confidential and will be included in your strengths and weaknesses analysis. Your wishes in focus
A relaxed conversation with your personal contact to clarify your needs and discuss your CV. We will create a stylish photo of you to present you in the best possible way. Together we will carry out a neuroscientific personality analysis.
Analysis of your talents
With the help of artificial intelligence, we analyze your talents and compare them with the profiles of potential employers and teams. Creation of a personal applicant profile. If necessary, we actively approach companies that could match your talent profile.
Your future employer
Your contact person will give you an initial insight into the company. Together you will plan an introductory meeting. Then you decide whether the company is a good fit for you or whether you would like to do an internship (1-14 days). If you are interested, the contract will be signed by post. Your contact person will accompany you and be available to answer any questions you may have. This will eliminate any possible uncertainties right from the start. We will support you throughout the entire process.
