Customer complaint management:
Declaration for Nursing Professionals
Introduction
Our company places great importance on transparency, fairness and the protection of the rights of our nursing professionals. To ensure that every nursing professional is treated fairly in their recruitment and placement process, we have set up a structured complaints management system. This process is designed to help you as a nursing professional to resolve concerns or problems quickly and effectively.
Course of the complaint procedure
2.1 Access and submission of the complaint
Nurses have the opportunity to submit complaints or suggestions at any time using our online complaint form on the website. The form is easily accessible and available in several languages.
2.2 Processing of the complaint
Every complaint received will be acknowledged within 24 hours. The complaint will then be analyzed and evaluated by a specialized team. We guarantee that your complaint will be treated confidentially and will not have any negative impact on your current or future employment.
Solution and feedback
3.1 Time frame
We are committed to fully processing and resolving any complaint within a maximum of three weeks. You will receive regular updates on the progress of the complaint.
3.2 Measures
If the complaint is justified, we will take immediate action to remedy the situation. This can range from finding a new employer to clarifying any misunderstandings in existing contracts.
Contact person
Our complaints team consists of experienced contacts who will guide you through the entire process. Contact information can be found on our website under the "Customer Support" tab.
Anonymity and protection
Complaints can also be submitted anonymously if desired. In addition, complaints are protected by the Whistleblower Protection Act, so you will not suffer any disadvantages as a result of reporting them.
Documentation and monitoring
Every complaint is documented in our system and regularly evaluated in order to continuously improve our processes.
Declaration of principles
On responsible corporate governance
Written form and transparency
We guarantee full documentation of all recruitment and placement processes, including contracts, working conditions and information on labour migration. All relevant information is provided in a timely manner and in a language that the recruited care workers can understand.
Free placement for nursing professionals
Our company is committed to adhering to the employer pays principle. We do not charge any direct or indirect placement fees to the nursing staff. All costs associated with recruitment are borne by the employer.
Limiting the economic risk for nursing professionals
As part of our contracts, we ensure that only reasonable and transparent costs are imposed on the caregivers. Repayment clauses are only used to a limited extent and under the conditions defined in the catalogue of requirements.
Sustainability and Participation
We promote the sustainable integration of the recruited nursing staff into the German labor market by encouraging our customers to implement company integration management. This includes language support, social integration and supervised induction measures.

MEDIATION PROCESS
Immigration process and integration promotion
Immigration options under current law
There are various ways to immigrate to Germany, depending on the purpose of your stay (work, study, family reunification). The most common visa categories are the work visa, the EU Blue Card and the skilled worker visa. Each category has specific requirements that must be met.
What bureaucratic steps are necessary?
To immigrate to Germany, various bureaucratic steps must be completed. These include the recognition of foreign qualifications, applying for a visa and registering with the residents' registration office. The responsible authorities include the immigration office, the Federal Employment Agency and the recognition portal.
Where can I find support and advice?
There are numerous publicly funded advisory centres that support migrants and newcomers. These offer help with integration, language courses, recognition of qualifications and labour market integration. Important contact points are the migration advisory services and the youth migration services.
How can I get involved politically and culturally?
Migrants have various opportunities to participate politically and culturally in Germany. These include participating in elections (after obtaining citizenship), involvement in citizens' initiatives and membership in clubs and religious communities. Cultural events and local communities also offer numerous opportunities for participation.
LANGUAGE ACQUISITION
Classifications according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
What is the CEFR? The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is an internationally recognized system for classifying language skills. The levels range from A1 (beginner) to C2 (near-native proficiency).
Required language level and specialist language test
To practice a nursing profession in Germany, a language level of B2 according to the GER is generally required. In some federal states, a specialist language test must also be taken.
Quality criteria of language school courses
Good language courses are accredited and prepare you specifically for the GER exams. Look for qualified teachers, small group sizes and a practice-oriented teaching concept.
Quality labels (certificates)
The recognized language certificates include the Goethe certificate, the telc certificate and the TestDaF certificate. These certificates are recognized nationally and internationally and are a quality feature for language courses.
Support opportunities for language acquisition
There are various funding options for language acquisition, including integration courses financed by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF), as well as scholarships and grants from the federal and state governments.
EMPLOYMENT
The German social security system comprises pension, health, long-term care and unemployment insurance. All employees are compulsorily insured and pay contributions according to their income. The insurance policies offer extensive benefits in the event of illness, unemployment, need for long-term care and old age.
Employees in Germany have numerous rights, including the right to a written employment contract, regulated working hours, paid holiday and protection against dismissal. Duties include the proper fulfilment of work tasks and adherence to working hours. Employees also have co-determination rights, e.g. through the election of a works council.
